In the early days of motherhood, I couldn't quite believe how obsessed I was with my new daughter. I wanted to wear her name around my wrist, so I created my very first bracelet.

I have purchased/received a lot of the Ivy & Gold jewellery over the years and love each piece. They are all so pretty and I love how lots of the pieces have names which makes them even more special. We had our daughters 11th birthday party at the Bead Bar in Glenarm Castle in April and it was such a lovely experience for all the girls, they enjoyed getting to choose colours an add little charms finished up with a photo at the end to keep. Beautiful space and perfect birthday idea for my daughter and her wee friends at this age.

When the littlest hands in the house snapped my initials bracelet I knew I could send it away to Ivy and Gold to be repaired and all would be well again. Without this excellent service, the bracelet would probably have been put in a drawer and likely never fixed. I am very impressed and grateful that the repair was quick and perfect and I have my treasured bracelet back on my wrist within a week!
