Our white-bead option is the most affordable personalised bracelet in our range, perfect for adding sentiment to baby shower gifts, celebrating a bride-to-be or to mark the arrival of a new family member.

FAQ:
How do I add a spacer bead between initials? Simply leave a space or a full stop where you'd like a bead placed. For example B H A or B.H.A. Both will make sense to our bracelet makers.
How do I add a star or heart bead? You can use an emoji or write the word. For example: EFI STAR or EFI HEART.
How do I know what size to order? A tight measurement of your wrist is the best place to start (choose the next size up), but medium tends to suit most and we also offer free resizing if you don't get it right the first time.
Personalisation
Choose a combination of letters, numbers, hearts or stars to make your Ivy & Gold bracelet your own.
We hand make each piece to order in our Broughshane studio and aim to have your bracelet made and shipped within four working days.
Please note we unfortunately do NOT have access to beads with accents.
Sizing
We are proud to offer inclusive sizing and can make you a perfect piece even if you normally struggle to find bracelets that fit.
Our bracelets are designed to be worn snug.
When fitted correctly they will touch the wrist all the way around, but won't be tight or uncomfortable.
If you are between sizes, size up.
We can resize your bracelet free of charge if you order the wrong size.

How do I know what size to order?
We know, it’s not easy to guess someone’s wrist size - believe us we try to do it all the time.
It’s best to measure with a soft tape measure or a piece of string (measure the string with a ruler after wrapping around your wrist).
The good news is we can exchange or re make your bracelet if the size isn’t perfect.
What does gold filled mean?
A thick layer of gold is mechanically bonded to a base metal.
This must be a minimum of 5% of the jewellery's total weight.
This is different to gold plating which is when a thin layer of gold is essentially painted on.
Gold- filled jewellery is suitable for people with nickel allergies and sensitive skin and won't tarnish over time.
With the right care, gold filled jewellery can last a lifetime.
I ordered the wrong size - what now?
We are happy to exchange or resize your bracelet if you order the wrong size.
Can I send this as a gift?
Absolutely!
We can ship gifts straight to the recipient as we do not include paper receipts in our parcels.
We can also hand write a message to add into the package.

Personalised
Personalised items are handmade to order and usually shipped within four days.
Add 'skip the queue' fee if you need your personalised bracelet ASAP.
Packaging
We use plastic-free packaging.
Every order comes in a grey drawstring pouch with branded tissue.
Our branding is on the inside of the parcel so we won't ruin the surprise.
