Name Bracelet Personalisation
If ordering a personalised name bracelet, please add the details in the box provided, clearly explaining how you would like to customise your bracelet, including whether you would like the letters placed one after the other or with a bead in between (which works well for initial bracelets). For example: T BEAD HEART BEAD R
Personalisation should not be left in the notes at checkout. Changes requested after orders have been placed cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping
Every order comes beautifully packaged in a velvet drawstring jewellery pouch.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail first class post.
Orders that have not arrived within ten working days of being shipped will be replaced.
Returns
Items from our Ready To Ship collection can be exchanged, but made-to-order items (anything outside of that collection or any custom sizes) unfortunately cannot be returned.
If you are not happy with the product please get in touch and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Care
Bracelets are made from jewellery elastic and can withstand reasonable wear and tear. They should be rolled on and off your hand. Please do not stretch them. Gold filled beads are more durable than gold-plated products and can last a lifetime with proper care. They are tarnish resistant and will not peel.
Please do not expose your jewellery to moisture as even though the beads will not tarnish, the elastic will not last as long if not kept dry.
We offer restringing on all of our jewellery - please contact us - hi@ivygold.co.uk for more info.
Our products are NOT toys and young children should not be left alone with them. Small parts are a choking hazard.
Gold filled jewellery
Gold filled jewellery is made when a thick layer of gold is mechanically bonded to a base metal.
This layer consists of a minimum of 5% of the jewellery's total weight.
This is different to gold plating which is when a thin layer of gold is essentially painted on to a base metal.
Gold- filled jewellery is suitable for people with nickel allergies and sensitive skin and won't tarnish with day-to-day wear.
With the right care, gold filled jewellery can last a lifetime.
Sterling silver jewellery
Sterling silver jewellery can tarnish over time, but thankfully this is a reversible process and can also be avoided with proper care.
Please keep your jewellery in the velvet pouch or box provided when not in use and wear your sterling silver jewellery as much as possible as this also holds off the tarnishing process.
If tarnishing does occur you can polish it off with a dry jewellery polishing cloth (these cost a few pence and can be found on Amazon).
You can also call into the shop if it is close to you and we can polish your jewellery while you wait.
